Vol. 169 No. 19

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Taylor-Quinn that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands to outline the urgent situation regarding the provision of passenger and cargo services to the Aran Islands and to ensure the services provided comply with the conditions laid down by her Department.

I have also received notice from Senator Costello of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to ensure that St. Joseph's primary school, East Wall, Dublin 3, obtains the staffing ratio and resources to which it is entitled.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
