Vol. 171 No. 5

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Terry that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to provide a primary health care centre in Mulhuddart at the earliest opportunity.

I have also received notice from Senator Higgins of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to respond positively to the letter regarding legal representation for the McBrearty family, the terms of reference of the Morris tribunal and other related matters, which he received from Amnesty on 18 December 2002.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
