Addresses by Members of the European Parliament: Motions.

I move:

That, in accordance with Standing Order 52A and the decision of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, Seanad Éireann agrees that Seán Ó Neachtáin, M.E.P. shall attend and be heard in Seanad Éireann on Thursday 11th December, 2003 and that the following arrangements shall apply. The proceedings shall commence at 1 p.m. with a speech by Seán Ó Neachtáin, MEP which shall not exceed 20 minutes and at the conclusion of which he will reply to questions from members and that the debate shall conclude no later than 2 p.m.

I move:

The proceedings shall commence at 2 p.m. with a speech by Avril Doyle, MEP which shall not exceed 20 minutes and at the conclusion of which she will reply to questions from members and that the debate shall conclude no later than 3 p.m.

That, in accordance with Standing Order 52A and the decision of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, Seanad Éireann agrees that Brian Crowley, M.E.P. shall attend and be heard in Seanad Éireann on Thursday 11th December, 2003 and that the following arrangements shall apply. The proceedings shall commence at 3 p.m. with a speech by Brian Crowley, MEP which shall not exceed 20 minutes and at the conclusion of which he will reply to questions from members and that the debate shall conclude no later than 4 p.m.
