I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following draft order:
Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 (Additional Institutions) Order 2004,
copies of which were laid before Seanad on 4th October 2004, be referred to the Joint Committee on Education and Science, in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 19th October, 2004, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
