I move:
That Seanad Éireann, in accordance with section 8(15) of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Act 2003, appoints Senator Ulick Burke to be an ordinary member of the Commission in place of Senator Jim Higgins who has resigned his office in accordance with section 8(8) of that Act.
