Vol. 178 No. 16

Standing Order 30.

I have received notice of a matter of concern from Senator Brian Hayes raised under Standing Order 30, namely, the need for the Government to produce legislation which would give discretion to the film censor to make different age classifications for films on general release as against for videos for rent or sale and that the matter be discussed. Normally this matter would be taken at 12.50 p.m. However, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, does the House agree that the matter raised under Standing Order 30 be taken at the conclusion of business? Agreed.
