Before I call the next speaker, I am sure Members will wish to join with me in welcoming a parliamentary delegation from France led by Mr. Yves Deniaud, chairman of the French-Irish Parliamentary Friendship Group. On my behalf and that of my colleagues in Seanad Éireann, I extend a warm welcome and sincere good wishes for a successful visit. I hope our guests will enjoy touring Ireland and will receive better weather than they have experienced here to date.
