On a point of order, is it in order for the Leader to give us a reason we had to finish, which was that this Bill had to be passed before midnight and then for us to sit for ten minutes after midnight to have the Bill passed?

I do not believe the Leader deliberately misled us but I believe she was misinformed by those who were advising her and she often talks to those who advise her.
