Control of Exports Bill 2007: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to provide for the control of the exportation of goods and technology and the control of the provision of brokering activities and technical assistance, to provide for the control of technical assistance related to certain military end-users as provided for by the Council of the European Union in the Council Joint Action of 22 June 2000 and for the control of arms brokering as provided for by the Council of the European Union in the Council Common Position 2003/468/CFSP of 23 June 2003 and to provide for related matters.
