Seanad Éireann debate -
Thursday, 8 Nov 2007

Vol. 187 No. 15

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Donohoe that, on the adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to provide an update on the progress made towards delivering integrated ticketing for public transport.

I have also received notice from Senator Fitzgerald of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to recognise the urgent need for a secondary school for south Lucan in light of the growing population in the area and the figures available to her Department of primary school children in the area who will require a second level plan and the need to engage with the South Lucan School Action Group to address this need.

I regard the matters raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
