I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
The Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 23rd June, 2011, be referred to the Joint Committee on the Environment, Transport, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3), which, not later than 20th July, 2011, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.
