Vol. 215 No. 3

Business of Seanad

I have received notice from Senator David Cullinane that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Children to discuss the future funding for the Ballybeg Community Education Project and comment on the plans to subsume it into the national school completion programme.

I have also received notice from Senator Thomas Byrne of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to discuss his proposals to ensure adequate places and adequate choice in primary education in Ashbourne, County Meath.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
