Request to move Adjournment of Seanad under Standing Order 30
I request the adjournment of the Seanad to discuss a matter of urgent national importance, namely, the decision of the Supreme Court concerning the improper use of public funding on information leaflets and websites relating to the children's rights referendum.
I have given careful consideration to the matter raised by the Senator, which I consider to be contemplated by Standing Order 30. I rule it in order for discussion at a time to be decided by the Leader.
