On behalf of the House, I welcome Mr. Hamish McRae, principal economic commentator for The Independent, to the Visitors Gallery. Mr. McRae was named Business and Finance journalist of the year for 2006 in the United Kingdom. As a member of the National Union of Journalists, I have a particular empathy with him. I welcome him to the House and wish him well.
