It is almost 7.30 p.m. and we had agreed to adjourn at this stage. I propose we extend the time and conclude Committee Stage at 8.30 p.m., if not already concluded.

It is not agreed. We are not agreeing to any guillotine of this legislation. I am not trying to delay this. It is a point of principle. We may not need the time, but there should be no guillotine.
