The need for the Minister for Health to provide information by way of comparative figures for the provision of home help services on a regional basis between the first quarter of 2011 and the first quarter of 2013 across the country, the number of hours provided, the number of clients, the average number of individual hours for each client, the overall spend in each period in each region and the relevant percentage of spend from the annual home help budget for each period.
