Cén uair atá sé i gceist ag an Aire Ealaíon, Oidhreachta agus Gaeltachta scéim faoi alt 11 d’Acht na dTeangacha Oifigiúla 2003, a dhaingniú leis an Gníomhaireacht Bainistíochta an Chisteáin Náisiúnta agus soiléiriú cén uair a iarradh orthu dréacht scéim a leagan faoina bhráid agus cén chúis nach bhfuil scéim daingnithe go fóili?
