I propose an amendment to the Order of Business, "That proceedings on Committee Stage of the Water Services (No. 2) Bill 2013 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 12 a.m. by one question which shall be put by the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those amendments set down by the Government."
