A message has been received from the Joint Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality to the effect that it has completed its consideration of a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No. 861/2007 of the European Parliament and the Council of 11th July, 2007 establishing a European Small Claims Procedure and Regulation (EC) No. 1896/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12th December, 2006 creating a European order for payment procedure.
