Before the Order of Business, I propose a vote of sympathy on the deaths of the many young people who were killed in San Francisco this morning. I think we should all stand in silence for one minute. It is suggested five young people are dead and that eight are very seriously injured. Our hearts go out to the relatives of all those involved and all those who are there. I am sure the Government will do everything possible to assist the families in this very dark hour.
