I propose an amendment to the Order of Business: "That No. 3, previously ordered, be discharged and that No. 3a on the Supplementary Order Paper be taken at 4.45 p.m., to conclude not later than 5.30 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed five minutes each and the Minister to be given three minutes to reply to the debate."
