Business of Seanad
With the co-operation of the House, I wish to propose an amendment to the Order of Business to the effect that No. 6a on the Supplementary Order Paper, statements on the Garda overtime budget, be taken on the conclusion of No. 6, Second Stage of the Diplomatic Relations (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2017 or at 8 p.m., whichever is later, with the time allocated to this debate not to exceed one hour and the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes each. Time can be shared and the Minister will be given no less than five minutes to reply to the debate.
