I move:
That Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
(i) Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 4(2)) (Designation of professions: counsellors and psychotherapists and establishment of registration board) Regulations 2017;
(ii) Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 4(7)) (Membership of Council) Regulations 2017,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 9th November, 2017, be referred to the Joint Committee on Health, in accordance with Standing Order 71(3)(k), which, not later than 20th March, 2018, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 75, and Standing Order 77(2) shall accordingly apply.
