Dáil Éireann has passed the Consumer Protection (Regulation of Credit Servicing Firms) Bill 2018, changed from the Consumer Protection (Regulation of Credit Servicing Firms) (Amendment) Bill 2018, on 22 November 2018, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired.
