I have received notice from Senator Colm Burke that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to allow the board of management of Scoil An Athar Tadhg, Carraig Na bhFear, County Cork to proceed with its planning application for a new school.

I have also received notice from Senator Maria Byrne of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to consider extending eligibility for the special scheme for non-EEA nationals from 2003, rather than 2005.

I have also received notice from Senator Victor Boyhan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection to make a statement on whether the public services card should be an acceptable form of identification in opening a bank account.

I have also received notice from Senator Maura Hopkins of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to provide an update on the development of a primary care centre in Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion and they will be taken now.
