I acknowledge the presence in the Public Gallery of Dr. Pat Gallagher, a former Member of both the Seanad and the Dáil, who is now chief executive of Westmeath County Council. In his personal capacity, Pat is involved in a sister cities partnership between his home town of Tullamore and the city of Chandler, Arizona. On behalf of the Seanad, I welcome the students who are involved in the student ambassador exchange programme. I would like to extend a particular welcome to the students from Chandler. I hope they enjoy their visit to Ireland and to Leinster House.
