I have received notice from Senator Malcolm Byrne that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to provide an update on the proposed primary care centre at Gorey and the HSE clinic building at Camolin, County Wexford.

I have also received notice from Senator Rónán Mullen of the following matter:

The need for the Taoiseach to make a statement on the advice issued on the Central Statistics Office website regarding the completion of the Census 2022 form in relation to declaration of sex.

I have also received notice from Senator John Cummins of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on measures being taken to address viability issues for public housing projects as a result of materials inflation.

I have also received notice from Senator Lisa Chambers of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to provide an update on the funding provided by his Department under the Urban Regeneration and Development Fund to the Castlebar Historic Core Reactivation project and the Castlebar Military Barracks project.

I have also received notice from Senator Victor Boyhan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to make a statement on the programme for redevelopment of regional laboratories and the implementation of a new laboratory information management system.

I have also received notice from Senator Mary Seery Kearney of the following matter:

The need for the Minister of State with responsibility for disability to make a statement on the rules governing child homecare packages with regard to nursing care, specifically in circumstances where the HSE has given a direction that the parent may not leave the house when the nursing carer is in attendance.

I have also received notice from Senator Seán Kyne of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the Connemara Bog Complex Special Area of Conservation.

Of the matters raised by Senators suitable for discussion, I have selected those from Senators Malcolm Byrne, Mullen, Cummins and Chambers and they will be taken now. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
