I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:Senator Lorraine Clifford-Lee - The need for the Minister for Justice to provide an update on the construction of the new family law court complex at Hammond Lane, Dublin 7. Senator Emer Currie - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the omission of funding for trainee education psychologists in budget 2023. Senator Victor Boyhan - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the planning rules currently in place for build-to-rent apartments and his plans for any amendments to these rules. Senator Lynn Boylan - The need for the Minister for Finance to introduce a levy on private jet departures. Senator Mary Seery Kearney - The need for the Minister for Health to include Ozempic and similar-effect medications on the long-term illness scheme or the medical card when the health issue is regulation of appetite and weight management for known vulnerable groups, including persons with Prader-Willi syndrome. Senator Tim Lombard - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the current level of podiatry care for older people in west Cork. Senator Barry Ward - The need for the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science to issue guidance to student applicants for the disability access route to education scheme. Senator Maria Byrne - The need for the Minister for Social Protection to make a statement on the proposed new means test for the fuel allowance for the over-70s. Senator Seán Kyne - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the staff replacement process within the educational and training boards.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion and I have selected Senators Lorraine Clifford-Lee, Emer Currie, Victor Boyhan and Lynn Boylan and they will be taken now. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
