I propose that the following draft report be sent to the Clerk of the Dáil:
The Select Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine has considered the Western Development Commission Bill, 1998, and has made amendments thereto.

Ordered to report to the Dáil accordingly.
The Clerk to the committee will send a written message to the Clerk of the Dáil to the effect that the committee has completed consideration of the Bill. The Ceann Comhairle will convey that message to the Dáil at the first convenient opportunity.
I thank the Minister and Members. This is a very historic day and people might not realise how far this will go.
