In accordance with Standing Order 90, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:
The Select Committee on Business, Enterprise and Innovation has completed its consideration of the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement between the European Organisation for Astronomic Research in the Southern Hemisphere and Ireland concerning the accession of Ireland to the European Organisation for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere, approved by ESO Council on 5th June, 2018, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 12th June, 2018.
Under Standing Order 89(2), the message is deemed to be the report of the select committee.
