I propose the following draft report:

The committee has completed consideration of the Qualifications (Education and Training) Bill, 1999 and has made amendments thereto. The Cheann Comhairle will convey that message to the Dáil at the first available opportunity.

That concludes the business of this meeting. I thank the Minister and the Members for the contributions to this debate.
