: I move amendment No. 29:
In page 25, subsection (3), lines 21 to 23, to delete definition of "duly authorised".
There is no need for these lines which define the meaning of the term "duly authorised" since the use of the term is clearly explained where it occurs in section 35 (1) and hence it is proposed to delete these lines.
