I move amendment No. 217:
In page 47, line 40, after "reduced" to insert "by the moneylender or a person acting on his behalf".
The purpose of these amendments is to clarify the provisions of the section and, as breach is an indictable offence, to identify clearly the persons who can be held responsible for the breach.
