Before we proceed, I suggest we agree a timetable. The Minister suggested that we complete sections 89 to 95, inclusive. Some work remains to be done on Part IX, which deals with housing loans made by mortgage lenders. With the agreement of the committee, we will defer consideration of this until that work is complete.
