I move amendment No. 139:
In page 124, between lines 27 and 28, to insert the following subsection:
"(8) An office copy of any order made by the Court under this section shall be delivered by the examiner, or by such other person as the Court may direct, to the Registrar for placing on the public file of the credit union.".
The purpose of this amendment is to insert a provision requiring that a copy of any court order made under section 156 shall be delivered to the Registrar for placing on the public file of a credit union. Similar provisions are included elsewhere in the Bill and it is considered desirable that this provision be herein inserted.
