The Select Enterprise and Small Business has completed its consideration of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Bill 2003 [Seanad] and has made amendments thereto.
I thank the staff for their understanding on our tight schedule. I also thank the Tánaiste and members of the committee for assisting in bringing this Stage of the Bill to a conclusion.
I apologise to the Department of Finance officials who are coming in now. I wish to draw the attention of members to a function next Monday. Any members who are in town and available may see it here following the meeting.
