The Select Committee on the Environment and Local Government has completed its consideration of the Local Government Bill 2003 and has made an amendment thereto.
I thank the Minister and his officials for attending today's session. I thank the members of the committee for their participation. They can go home happy in the knowledge they have carried out their political duties and that I will not prevent them from fulfilling their religious obligations later in the day.
