I move amendment No. 1:
In page 6, subsection (1), line 36, to delete "educational" and substitute "education".
The representations by Dublin Inner City Partnership are helpful and they underscore the importance of this legislation. It is great to see such ongoing analysis of its implications for the development not only of the particular areas mentioned but of Dublin.
Amendments Nos. 1 and 2 are minor technical amendments which are necessary to correct a reference to the Vocational Education Act, which is identified as a definition of statutory body in section 3 of the Bill. The Bill incorrectly refers to it as "Vocational Educational Act", as opposed to the Vocational Education Act.
