I move amendment No. 176:
In page 32, subsection (1), line 36, after "exceeding" to insert "£100".
I originally intended to bring in the thresholds for anonymous donations and individual limits, at £100 and £500 respectively, by regulation. I agreed previously to include them specifically in the Bill. It is the same for presidential and Dáil elections.

I move amendment No. 177:
In page 32, subsection (1), line 37, to delete "the amount specified by the Minister, by order, under this section".
This amendment deletes the power to make a regulation.
