I welcome the Minister of State at the Department of Finance, Deputy Parlon, and his officials. The purpose of this meeting is to consider Committee Stage of the National Development Finance Agency (Amendment) Bill 2006 and a motion re Finance Act 2004 (Section 91) (Deferred Surrender to the Central Fund) Order 2007. I propose we consider the Bill first and then the order. The room is available until 12.30 p.m., so I hope the time available will be more than adequate to deal with the business before us.
