This meeting has been convened for the purpose of consideration by this committee of the Microenterprise Loan Fund Bill 2012, a Bill which was referred to the select committee by order of the Dáil on 28 June 2012. I welcome the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Deputy Richard Bruton, and his officials.
As there are relatively few amendments, we will consider this Bill until we conclude Committee Stage today, if that is agreed. Agreed. I refer members to the grouping of the amendments for the purpose of the debate. Amendments Nos. 8 and 9 are grouped, as are amendments Nos. 12 and 13.
