This meeting has been convened to consider the Choice of Court (Hague Convention) Bill 2015 and the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) (Amendment) Bill 2014. I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Ó Ríordáin, and his officials to this meeting. We will commence with the Choice of Court (Hague Convention) Bill 2015. There are no amendments tabled to the Bill. If anybody wants to stop me to comment on a section, he or she should feel free to do so. Otherwise, I propose merely disposing of the sections as they come up.
