That concludes the Select Committee's consideration of the Estimates. In accordance with Standing Order 79B, the Clerk to the Committee will send a message to the Clerk of the Dáil. Is that agreed? Agreed.

I thank the Minister and his officials for coming here today.

I join with the Chairman in wishing Mr. Alan Murphy well in his new post and thank him for his service to the committee and the subcommittees. We are deeply grateful for the help he has given us, individually and collectively, during our tenure of office. He is moving to an equivalent post in the Journal Office, which is a move sideways and upwards. We hope the upward trajectory of his career continues.

I join in the tributes to Mr. Alan Murphy. I wish him every success in his new position. I am pleased to hear he has been promoted. He is exceptionally diligent, capable and courteous. I am delighted to have had the experience of working with him during the past few months.

I join in the tributes to Mr. Murphy. He has always been courteous, efficient and effective and I wish him every happiness and success in his transfer. I am sure we will see him again at higher levels.

The Select Committee adjourned at 12 noon.
