Message to Dáil.

In accordance with Standing Order 87, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the Criminal Justice (Surveillance) Bill 2009 and has made amendments thereto.

The select committee went into private session at 12.20 p.m. and adjourned at 12.25 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 16 June 2009.
