With regard to arrangements for the meeting, I propose that we take a sos at 1 p.m. and resume at 2 p.m. until 3.45 p.m. when we will adjourn as the Minister has an important meeting which he must attend. There are some typographical errors. In amendment No. 1, the word "after" should be inserted after the reference to line 25. Amendments Nos. 28 to 31, inclusive, are incorrectly listed as amendments to section 9. They are, in fact, amendments to section 10.
