Amendments Nos. 9, 10 and 11 are cognate. It is proposed to take amendments Nos. 9, 10 and 11 together by agreement.

I move amendment No. 9:
In page 7, line 46, to delete "of the 1968 Convention".
These are purely drafting amendments. The words proposed to be deleted occur in amendments made by sections 10 and 11 of the Bill to sections 6 and 7 of the 1988 Act. They are unnecessary here and that is the reason I seek to delete them
