I want to draw Members' attention to this section which states that "All proceedings of the Board and all communications to be Board shall be confidential and shall not be disclosed except for the purposes of this Act." Some Members were concerned about loose talk. This clause will give protection as regards material supplied to the board. Sanctions are not included; the board will impose whatever sanction it deems necessary. I presume the Chief Justice will not have to find some way of sanctioning the President of the High Court or the President of the District Court will not have to do likewise. Members of the board will be bound by what is in the legislation.
