I move amendment No. 32b:
In page 12, subsection (2), line 26, to delete "The Master" and substitute "Without prejudice to the powers of the Master of the High Court under the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgements (European Communities) Act, 1988, the Master".
This is a technical amendment to ensure that the existing powers of the Master of the High Court under the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgements (European Communities) Act, 1988, are not affected by the section. This is a technical amendment and something that showed up once the Bill was published. I am suggesting that we make this amendment to ensure that we do not limit or affect the powers of the Master as they exist.
