DEPUTY S. DOHERTY in the chair.

I welcome the Minister and her officials, Ms Maeve Nic Lochlainn and Mr. Matt Benville. At what time do we propose to conclude our consideration of the Bill?

At 4.30 p.m.

Is it agreed we will conclude at about 4.30 p.m. after we have agreed an amendment or section? Agreed.

The Minister indicated the previous day in regard to section 10 that she would get information for us about her powers under the present legislation which would prevent the sale of the company without reference to the Oireachtas.

I made a commitment to bring that section on Report Stage.
