I welcome the Minister and her officials and thank members for attending. The purpose of today's meeting is to consider a Supplementary Estimate and a second Supplementary Estimate for 2001 and the Air Navigation and Transport (Indemnities) Bill, 2001. I propose we take the Estimates first, with the Minister making an opening statement and then giving time to the Opposition spokespersons to make their contributions.
